I had the same issue on my 22 with the rear ball stud hanger (it must have a real name

) and changed that to an ali one and all was good. It was the front and rear that concerned me, i know you can get the ali front, i didn't know there wasn't a rear but the longer ball stud sounds like a good fix.
Ill be racing at silverstone and stotfold mainly as there my local clubs, im sure it won't get wet at silverstone, well i hope it won't

, and im not a fan of racing outdoors in the wet with my 1/8 so the 1/10 is a nono, so the rust shouldn't be an issue. If it does get wet then theres always GT85

.
Thanks for the pointers

I have had trouble getting to grips with car in the wet but after Some good advice from roger the car is now wicked and drives on rails , I can't compair with the db1 as I have never driven one but I do have a lazer and find both cars excellent .
I hope that helps
Just one more thing the rb6 body shell does not cover the motor or gearbox fully and this area seems to collect a huge amount of dirt, new body shells are coming I am told to sort this out.
Oh and everything rusts including the springs.
