Its always difficult when someone asks to help them choose a car, as I think opinions are ten a penny and reading through this thread shows that everyone has a different idea of what's best. I won't suggest anything, I will hold my hands up and say that I am a know nothing newb and I'm not qualified to advice.

However, have you thought of the following?

1) Getting the same brand car as your 4WD might be a good idea as some spares will probably work. Look into it.

2) Go to the tracks you intend to race at and see what people are driving.

3) Concede that the inevitable truth is that with any modern mid motor buggy it is 95% driver ability (including ability to set up) and 5% car. And then just go with whatever looks cool to you.
