The reason tweek is a problem on flat pan cars especialy is the very limited suspension travel, most of all the lack of any droop to speak of. With touring car it is still there but in my experience no where near as much as some people claim (i.e. would be much better off de-tweeking their drivng style than their car).
As everybody has already said it's not much of an issue in off-road ...... that's not to say you can screw the car together any old how .... still worth getting the shock lengths and internal limiting right.
