Jay - Ironically I had a 24tooth pinion in mind as seemingly being what would work ok, but my 24t pinion is one of the old Losi ones (& I mean REALLY old!) that is about as wide as the RW spur gear & I just can't squeeze it on when the motor is in place - so its currently got a 23 fitted. As I'm not going to run any boost I wonder if my 25 would be OK?  |
Hi Dan, I run 24/87 on my 6.5 so I'd (personally) go up a couple of teeth, but I know others who are running much lower so its a personal thing I'd say. Start with the 25 and see how you get on
