the red spacers are no problem, there shouldn't really be any play in either shaft so if there is on one side that doesn't sound quite right? I don't have mine here but maybe there is a slight ammount of play? anyone?
Either way it's no problem really - better than losing a drive shaft! for the best performance get some CVD type drive shafts.
