Thanks to a wonky servo I had to dig out
, I came across some pics showing that area is fact in two bits...handy!
So I'll be doing something to prevent that coming apart, looks like that brace is needed sooner or later.
Found a shock that should fit between the forward tower and the front nudge bar, I'll make something up to hold it onto the bar, ditto for the tower too.
I know theres some 'give' in the bar, but the chance of a harder impact there is much higher, so Im going to fit a shock in there to hopefully absorb some of the pain.....any ideas on shock oil for this purpose?
