I have used LazyGoo in the past and found it to be really good and comes off the electrics clean when removed.

Some other racers use PlastiDip also. Large cans so will go a long way and in varied colours too.

Remember with a servo to put a GENEROUS amount of lub where the gears are to stop water ingress through past the servo output spline.I also run some over where the wire comes out even though its in a rubber grommit just to be sure.

Ideally the motor needs to keep the timing/sensor ring dry. Depending on what motor you have you will need to find a way to acomplish this.
