I think some of the younger ones might need a little more guidance, and supervision, on what they're supposed to do - concentrating and looking at their little bit of track, getting that stuck, crashed car back on it's wheels ASAP.

Some of the slightly older younger ones, while very good at shouting "MARSHALL" while still in the process of crashing, might need to also remember to actually be at trackside, concentrating on their little area of the track too.

I've always hated drivers shouting, didn't like it 25 odd years ago when I took racing seriously, don't like it even more now. Don't crash, then you wouldn't need to shout. Even if it's not your fault - it's a club night, a bit of fun, the world won't end if you don't get your car back on it's wheels nano-seconds earlier - you'll only crash again sooner ;-)
