Just to clarify.
We wanted to get the dates out early. We will run just a couple of days in Lucan. These dates will be decided with plenty of notice. However even if we have allocated a date for Lucan, if the weather is bad we will revert to The Naul by informing all members. E.g. Bad forcast for weekend, all members to be informed of racing moved to Naul by Thursday. This will be agreed by the members/committee.
The main reason for us using Lucan is to keep a presence there, as we can never be sure what is down the line. We dont want to be in a position that we arrive along at Lucan in 2 years and theres a skate park where our track was.
We had an indoor venue before that we lost with just a few days notice. We need to ensure that no matter what happens the club has a home to go to.
Now I need to go solder my esc for tomorrow......
