Either directly of Durango's website, or shops like MB Models. The part numbers are:-
Single Taper
TD330178 4 hole
TD330179 5 hole
TD330180 6 hole
Dual Taper
TD330394 4 hole
TD330395 5 hole
TD330396 6 hole
As I mentioned, they are all 1mm holes.
