Got that one as well and it looked pretty genuine. Did same as you and logged into paypal direct and nothing there.

These scam e-mails used to be really obvious as the grammar and spelling were always awful but I've had a couple recently that I've had to look at twice before deleting. It's really easy when it says its a bank you don't have an account with but when it says it is UPS or some other delivery company and you are waiting for toy cars bits to be delivered you have to engage brain before clicking on anything...
