Leaky shocks has been a problem I've had. It goes away if you can tighten the caps on tight enough, but that is really difficult as there is no way to grip the shock body to tighten. Other brands have a key or spanner to hold the shock body. I've managed to solve this with with a pair of pliers that i've wrapped the jaws in PVC tape. I can now hold and grip the shock body enough to be able to tighten and loosen the cap so it doesn't leak or damage the shock body.

I've also just today received a selection of 1mm thick orings in 10,11 and 12mm internal diameter to see which fit the best into the shock cap. it's an experiment really.
