I think Hudy make one but it's a complete waste of time and money.

Just use a camber gauge for the camber and eyeball the front toe. If you really, really feel the need to measure it, you can lay your camber gauge on its side, or use a ruler, or use a dedicated toe gauge like the one RPM make.

The only other thing you will want to measure on a buggy is ride height. There are gauges available, although many people just use a "wishbones level" or "driveshafts level" setting.
