Thanks guys. Just read back a bit and I have the rear arms on the same as dirkdiggle said. So I will change them round to start with and try the outer hole on the rear arm. Don't really want to go any softer on springs as there will be too much body roll as its a high bite track. Iv already stiffened the front springs up to try and take a bit of steering out of it and it helped a little. Don't get much track time to test out changes. so I have to try and guess before I get to the track.
