Had the very same problem, tried changing the caster first and bang, problem solved. This car is ever so sensitive to the slightest of changes, so don't be changing anymore than 1 thing at a time before you give it a run. The other things you could try, Carl has already mentioned. Good luck with it. She's some machine when set up right
