sorry but I think your problem with MB is a bit harsh

they have paid the delivery, it has been collected from them and sent out. once its left their care there is not much more they can do about it.
If the parcel has a signed for sticker on it and it was not signed for but left on your property then the fault lies with Royal mail. again not something MB has any control over.

The goods were delivered(albeit incorrectly) so therefore MB's involvement in the process has ended. You drove over the items, which is no way MB models fault.

As has already been mentioned here your issues should be resolved by royal mail, ity was them that left the goods on your drive in an unsecure location and left the goods without a signature despite the fact that "signed for" is what MB instructed.
Its very likely that MB have had complaints about royal mail, what business hasnt? but the only claim that could be made is by them to get the cost of postage back.
