Thanks for the replies chaps, think you're missing the point slightly - have no issues with MB as ordered stuff and they sent it however
a) the contract is between MB and RM so I cant issue a claim MB do and they said that nothing ever happens and didn't do anything. Like I've said I was just unlucky but they should check that the items are actually sent the way they want.(ie signed for) As sure this has happened a few times from speaking to them.
b) Spoke to RM who said that they were 'deeply sorry' but the sender has to issue a claim not the recipicant
All i want is the bits i paid for undamaged and just glad it was bits rather than a speedo etc
