so here is a fast fix for the original slipper...
I raced it the hole 3 days and it is still fine in both cars TM2 and T4 .


to prevent that your spur is not turning round and to make it last longer you need to do 2 adjustments:

1. install a bearing in the middle of the spurgear, the small one from the balldiff is a perfect fit.
2. install 0,4mm of shims under the last pin to avoid that the spur can be pushed against a pin when the slipper is tight.

sellunderstanding is that the slipper is build like in the manual... so pay attention so not flippe the spurgear.. the pinslot must be faced down.

see the attached foto and I think it will be easy to understand and is a fast fix
also we found that the black spur gears last alot longer then the white ones
