this isn't a public slagging match..this is just a few members who are rc nerds discussing their hobby..that's what forums are for..there is nothing personal being said here..no one is having a go at anyone or the rccaoi..there may be issues between certain individuals I don't know and don't really care what it's about..
it's nobody's fault it's the way it is..there isn't the proper venues for 1/10..
the rccaoi can't help that nor can we..
1/8 tracks of course arnt perfectly suitable for us but at the same time I don't expect these clubs to go out of their way to accommodate ..they have given us their tracks to use and slightly change to try to entice 1/10 as it befifits them too in numbers racing..I thank them for this..
I've know people on and off all my life and some just prefer the relaxed nature of club racing..
tbh I still prefer the focus and pressure bigger events and nationals give but at the same time I'd prefer to go to a club round with 30+ drivers than a national with 10 split across 2 classes..there's just no atmosphere ..
I don't have the answers..I don't think it will improve and the next step? who knows.
