I do agree Ivan that there are new drivers who lack experience and maybe for them Nationals , regional whats ever are not for them and these guys need a chance at club level to develop enough to be comfortable. National/regionals are not everyones cup of tea. Again we are only talking 3 - 4 weeks a year with no club racing. There are very few people racing the other 48 weeks a year surely as a club or group of racers we can make the effort for those few weekends.
There is a large enough section of whom have a few years racing under their belt and its these guys who we need to get out there. Get them out of there comfort zone to help improve them to the next level otherwise they will be stuck at a point with no development. The new guys wont have lads to learn from because they lack experience.
In the end what may happen is if there is no development of the section the lads who want to compete and challenge themselves or be challenged will end up racing elsewhere in different classes taking that racing knowledge out of the class and leaving a void which will be very hard to fill.
