19T/4-cell - anything from 44mpr (Corally Black) to 52mpr (Checkpoint Money motor). LEt me know the motor and I'll give you a guide.
I suggest you start with the 13.5 motor as it will give you more satisfaction to drive, and keep the costs down on tyres and bodies. Start about 75mpr and then go up or down depending on how hot the motor gets. HTH
