I'v never seen it done before, give it a go and report back.

From reading about the Cougar SV and running the shocks on front or the rear of the arm, the rear gave more grip (in low grip conditions) and more forgiving on bumpy surfaces so in theory it should make an improvement on high grip situations but only one way to fine out......

Lee is pretty darn fast everywhere with his vega with the standard set up but worth a try as everyone likes their cars a bit different from a set up/handling point of view.
