Personally, I would want something that does at least .10sec to 60degrees and 8-9kg+ for 4wd, although others may and probably will disagree. If you can get all metal gears in budget then do it.

I use Savox servos which represent great value for money. They are quite power hungry and can disagree with some speedo's BEC circuits, but I've never had an issue - if it was, a power cap would solve it. They are a very good spec for the price.
