Hi, welcome to oOple. Fill your shock full of oil, then slowly move the shaft up and down 75% of the way. Leave them to stand overnight. Then, with kitchen towel at hand, pull the shaft all the way down and put the bladder in. Keep adjusting it until all excess oil has drained. Then screw the cap on carefully, and you have perfect shocks
