I test-fitted that with my LRP 5000 lipo (same dimensions as the Orion 4800) and it fits perfectly, I just have to find a way to bolt the pack to the chassis.
The balance left-right is perfect without any lead (usually, my car is left-heavy with the Nosram BL) and you shave 120g of the car, how cool is that ?
The X-5 is with the XXX4 the best car for going brushless with its layout stick-pack friendly.

The first day the lipos to become race-legal, I will switch and never look back to that crappy and dangerous NiMh voodoo !
