When you look at their logo to the top right of it you will see a small R in a circle, ® ( like this, I don't know if it will display properly on here ? ), that's a Registered trade mark. The fact that little logo is there means they've paid for it to be protected and have solicitors to deal with it's misuse, I would suggest if you are going to continue to use it you come up with a slightly better argument than "well you shouldn't have put it on a logo site".

I used to work for a design consultancy that worked with Red Bull's design agency from time to time on point of sale stuff. I wanted to do a 1/3 scale 100cc twin powered rc model of a Red Bull liveried Edge 540 (Red Bull air racer). I went through the proper channels to ask, and they turned me down flat, with some very dark warnings about breach of copyright. I think on balance it's the most fiercely guarded brand out there!
