I am biased as I own a 410 but I think they are a great car. I really enjoy driving it. I bought mine second hand and (as with all second hand cars) there were a few things done differently to how I would have done them.
Things i would check are-
1. Are the drive shafts properly greased and free of rubbish.
2. What state are the bearing on the spur gear. As these have to be romoved everytime you change batteries it's easy for these to get full of grit.
3. Not ALL saddles will fit nicely. Pretty much all decent makes will but some older/cheaper cells won't.
4. Has it got decent tyres. As you are buying all 4 tyres, wheels and inserts this is not a cheap thing to do. Therefore if the car comes with a decent set or maybe a couple of decent sets consider that in your price.
