Hi Chris - not sure if this helps you but if you go onto the Schumacher website and type "turnbuckle" into the search option box it will bring up a page of turnbuckles.

There is a wide choice of turnbuckles between 35mm to 60mm in either titanium Purple or mild steel Gold.
Looking at the sequence of SV2 Gold turnbuckle part numbers then these are possible options U3210 - 35mm: U3211 - 39mm: U3212 - 45mm.
Optional titanium turnbuckle choices are U1572 - 39mm but not sure about U2566 - 45mm.
