if you buy a ready built car with all the electrics and then you get the bug of rc racing most of your equipment will become obsolete imediatly, you can get some great second hand equipmentt hear on oople if you bide your time. Many club members at your local club will sell second hand equipment and can advise on the best car to get. From my experiance 2wd is cheeper to run and more popular at the clubs i race at, for me kyosho all the way
