I did check the shock caps, the plastic top looks tone sitting in the Ali cap Ok.

Is there two 2mm spacers under the rear of the top deck? If not there should be.
Other than the things I have mentioned I have no idea why they would be different..
Have you stripped the rear shocks to check for spacers inside to limit droop?
Same for the shock bottoms, there are various lengths...
