Basically -- changing from the kit (2-degree) trailing spindles to the optional "inline" spindles makes the steering react quicker (a bit too snappy for most people), while changing to the other optional (4-degree) trailing spindles calms the steering down even more.
As far as caster block changes (stock is 10-degrees) - the more degrees of caster you run the less low speed steering you'll have, but the more stable it will be at high speeds.
