I thought I'd post some pics of my Optima mid resto, the plan is to have a bit of vintage racing at silverstone with Adam and co.
The car started off as cheap ebay shed, not nice enough to be a shelfer so idea to run.
Things left to do are new shell, undertray,and wing. Belt and gear covers, some 2.2" wheels (anyone know whats best to keep the offsets right? I was thinking of trying ZX5 RTR ones as they share the ZX-R part No.s) new front driveshafts (again thinking of trying some ZX5 ones) maybe an improved slipper and a few random screws (m2.6? really? thanks Mr Kyosho
).
