Be good to have you along... There are quite a few b44's that either come or have come along in the past (Dudders used to run one before he sold it), so I'm sure others will come along with advice on the ballcups being an issue or not...
But if ya fancy a 4wd, then go with one! There are usually at least 1 or 2 that also come along.. If there are not enough to run in a separate heat we lump 'em in with the 2wd's. It usually works out ok on the thursday club nights which are easy going...
We have no motor limits for any meet, its more to do with what you can cope with. However, saying that a 6.5 in a 4wd isn't as much of a handful as it can be in a 2wd! And you can always turn the speedo down for the first few sessions...
Tyres are generally, in the dry shumacher minipins, in the wet ballistic green mini spikes or Dboots multibite b compounds work well...
