I sold an old Super Nintendo and the buyer refuses to pay shipping which I clearly stated in the listing.
I used the live online chat today and had a good conversation with an ebay employee who checked the listing and confirmed I'm in the right and am not obliged to send for free and not to worry.
This is a good service they offer as I now have an email transcript of aforementioned chat so if I have any hassle with the buyer I'll just hit him with it.
