Well I've used ebay for almost 10 years. I had one bad transaction where the seller sent me a transmitter which did not fit the description. The seller was from Spain and despite my language barrier ebay saw in my favour.
I think ebay is on the whole good...you just need to do your homework before buying.
There will always be a rotten apple but most of the time it's good.
With regards to this transaction I don't think rich d will have an issue. Anyhow, you put no returns accepted.
