XB4 "SLIPPER CLUTCH" INFORMATION

Message from XRAY

"It is absolutely imporant that you never fully tighten the Slipper Clutch. Overtightening the Slipper Clutch may result into breaking the diff crown gear and pinion gear. The wheels should always be able to slip"

RC DISCO:-

PLEASE NOTE - Gear diffs (as included in the XB4) do NOT slip at all (unlike a Ball Diff) - hence the slipper clutch settings are more important to get right to prevent 'jolt/shocks' (from landing off jumps / clipping corners etc) transferring through straight onto the gears. Please double check your settings as explained above and you should have no problem!! Get in touch with us if you want any further advice.
