Had the same issue Paul.
RB5 diff built with Bfast kit and PRT grease was awesome and forever lasting (even with highly boosted 10.5, very demanding on diffs) and got issue with my RB6 diff, either too loose or too stiff (so getting gritty quicker).
Will try a Bfast kit and some tricks and report back but so far not as good, don't know why.
So far I like the xgear diff lube (for diff ring) but not the black one.
