It clashes having the same PT number in BBK I think Matt, the system and software was designed on the basis that each transponder had it's own unique ID.

Then people like MRT came along and offered clones etc, I know it works in the free software available but you have to enter a unique name such as 'Matt Coleman' and then 'Matt Coleman Truggy'.

If you're on the track with the BBK software in a race you're not meant to be in it'll detect your transponder and bring it up highlighted in red with your name, possibly so you can announce it and call out that driver I don't know exactly.

Might be wrong in saying this but as far as I'm aware BBK uses you transponder ID number as your 'unique' code in the system, the cheap or free software uses your name as your 'unique' part.
