Only differences are the tungsten carbide balls & x gear lubes, both improvements over the RB5.
I would never recommend fully tightening any difference & backing it off as you run the risk of damaging your fresh plates / balls. Just nip it up, run it in @ 1/3rd throttle with one wheel off the ground for 2mins,then the other wheel off the ground for another 2 mins. Adjust to taste then ignore for several months.... the Kyosho diffs really are that good!
