I recently had the same dilemma, choosing between the SV2 and 210.

The way I looked at it was that each car had it's own merits and fans, but when it comes down to the actual costs etc this is how I looked at it...

It seemed to me that there was an awful lot of upgrade parts for the 210 (stuff that wasn't just bling) where as the Cougar didn't.

Spares seemed to be widely available online for the Cougar, where as the 210 had them listed but normally set to 'out of stock'

I had read on oOple somewhere several people mentioning the low build quality of some of the 210 parts, especially when compared to the 410.

More Cougars ran at my club. Even though the motor mount swap sounded a good thing to have with the 210, I thought when do I run outdoors in the wet or on dirt... never!

So I plumped for the Cougar Sv2, and it has been really good. Obviously I can't comment on the 210 as I didn't go for one
