Is the back end compressing into the jumps? And therefore meaning you have an awful takeoff?
Try stiffening up the rear end if so. Will also improve steering.
Other things you could try are a bit of weight around the servo as you've mentioned. 20-50g should cover the extremes. If you have an alloy arm holder with a brass weight try that or the 30g brass holder up front.
Adjust ride height to shift weight distribution during power off/on. Are you running the 0deg anti squat? Again try with and without now you've changed cell configuration.
30deg alloy hubs will give you a lot more steering if you don't already have them.
You could even shorten rear links if you want it to rotate more or go SWB. Plenty to try
I run 30deg hubs and 30g brass weight and have loads of steering on the akula. Been slowly getting the balance back on the car to the point where it feels almost there now.
