no as the saddles are a recognnised pack.
the losi short lipo is simply a lipo that is not as long as the max dimentions for a stick pack.
as long as the car fits a full sized set of saddles or a full sized stick its legal if it can only fit a smaller stick pack (aka shortie) then its not legal
