I found a few answers from other forums:

use the parts from LOSA 4257 to attach a piece of .055 piano wire(that you bend yourself) to attach that wire to the "leading" side of the rear shock tower, screw some ball ends into the trailing sides of the rear a-arms. with a piece of either a threaded rod of LONG hew/set screw attach ball ends"back-to-back". attach one end of this deal to the ball end on the a-arm and the other end to the end of the piano with(use a set-screw/ball end that comes with the LOSA 4257 set.
