i heard from some other people also not to get any tamiya, so its great to hear all this reinforced..
i'm still debating between 4 wheel drive and 2 w drive... because off road is still off road and both will be able to handle what i want them to (for the most part, obviously the 4 wheel drive will handle the tougher stuff easier, like grass)
but for the road i heard that the 4 wheel drive tends to under turn and the 2 wheel drives do seem capable of doing both.
so could someone provide an answer to my quote above? what is the main difference, in performance and capabilities, also battery life and maintenance between a 2 and 4 wheel drive vehicle.

i'm also going to look at some of those other cars, the Associated buggy was suggested to me by some others too so i'm going to look into that along with a few of the other suggestions. :] :]
