I ran 4WD most of last year, I ran mini-pins all around.
New ones don't work... Make sure you scrub them in.

I ran near bald yellow mini-spike on my 2WD at the weekend, They worked better that the pins.
I will be starting my setup with worn Mini-Spike Rears & worn Mini-Pin Fronts.

I find you don't need the mechanical grip from the spike, The grip comes from the soft rubber.

The track will get more & more grippy through the day as it warms up, Also when the dust has gone, Stay on the racing line though!
If you go wide and hit dusty wood your done for haha!

I like the wooden floor more than carpet!, If your car is setup right its just as easy to drive on.

Word of advice, Keep your motors slow, No need to go above 7.5t
If you do you will struggle.
