first off, sorry if this post is in the wrong place X_x
I'm new here.. and I'm new to RC cars (well at least these types, i've had some in my childhood years <_< but they don't really count)
anyway...
just so people know, i'm so new that i don't even have a car yet!
which brings me to this lovely forum.
i read a review for the Keen Hawk and saw how in depth it was and thought to my self "hey these people would be the best people to ask advise from!"
so i found your forum
so that brings me to my actual question... i've been looking into getting a basic off road electric rc car.. and i've been looking at the website

the various components that i've mostly made up my mind about are:

as for the car itself i was still unsure, like i said above i'm looking at something that i can drive offroad, not for any competitions or races (at least.. not yet.. but keeping hte option open would be nice) but for recreation on road, dirt, pebble, and grass(sorta)
so i've been leaning towards a buggy type car.. here are a few i looked at..

i would like to keep it under 350 and maybe even 300 dollars (so far all these cars and the battery,controller,charger, all work out fine.) so if you have any suggestions for some other item that is a must get (which fits into the price range) let me know :]
a lil above wouldn't hurt, i might compensate on the controller.
i would greatly appreciate any advise, i am a complete beginner, i just found out today what turns represents in regards to performance.. (i hope i found out correctly, someone might as well tell me what is faster/has more torque between a 20t motor and a 15t motor, so i can get it straight.)
i'm also looking for low maintenances, but a lil is okay..
