I think a similar project has been done with a TRF501X a few years back - the TRF201 wasn't out yet, but the guy wanted a 2WD buggy, so he converted the 501X to 2WD with another front end I believe. I can't find the thread, but it was an interesting project... It should go extremely quick when the grip is there
