As I'm sure Paul Worsely will let you know, there is a process to the BRCA approvals, and I'm pretty sure that it's down to the manufactures themselves to apply, and supply all the technical information, samples, and technical design support that's needed to complete the approvals process. So no amount of private unofficial messages to him or anyone at the BRCA will get your cells approved, it will only annoy the BRCA officials instead!
To my knowledge, unless Turnigy themselves do it, it can't happen...so your better off bugging them about doing it instead
