I think I'll purchase a lipo regulator which you can buy from eBay.
The lipo receiver pack is working plugged straight in the receiver currently but I don't want to cause long term damage to the receiver, servo, esc or transponder by supply them up to 8.4v instead of a steady 6v and I don't have a life charger if I wanted to try that route.
