I don't think so; cst is supposed to be a "standard" way of referring to the thickness whereas weight can vary between brands.
It will probably be easier just to get the TD oils to make sure that you are following the diff setups correctly. I've only ever used the TD oil so cannot compare it to other brands - sorry.
